Our story
Founded because clients needed more than a cleaning contractor.
New Era was established after seeing the same gap repeatedly: sites had a contractor, but not responsive management, reliable teams, clear communication or real accountability for the standard delivered each day.
Hospitality is where that operating model was first shaped. Long operating hours, highly visible presentation and issues that needed to be resolved quickly taught us how to supervise properly, support teams consistently and keep clients informed. It was the training ground—not the whole business.
Our UAE operation applies that same hands-on management approach across Dubai's commercial facilities, hospitality groups, education sites, fitness and wellness operators, events, major venues and multi-site portfolios.
New Era’s operating systems have been developed through extensive experience supporting complex sites and multi-site portfolios across Australia and New Zealand.
